Payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due as invoiced. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to discuss any concerns about work delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Get5Stars.ai operates a mixed SMS program for customer care and marketing. Message types include: replies to enquiries you send us, appointment confirmations and reminders for consultations you book, follow-up about services you asked about, and occasional promotional offers. You are enrolled only if you tick the SMS consent box in the chat widget on get5stars.ai. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically fewer than ten messages per month.
